A FRANCHISEE
STEP 1
Application Process & Interview
After completing your online application, a Mac Tools specialist will review your application and if you’re a good fit, our team will arrange an interview for you with a franchise expert or District Manager.
STEP 3
Business Preparation
The team will help you get set up with your own Mac Tools vehicle — which will serve as your own mobile tools shop on the road — and our proprietary software Mobile Business Assistant (MBA), used for managing customer accounts, inventory, reporting, and more.
STEP 2
Discovery Day
Join a Mac Tools franchisee in your area on a Discovery Ride where you will experience a day in the life of a franchisee and be encouraged to ask questions, so you can know what to expect if you decide to Drive Your Future™.
STEP 5
Mac Tools University & Training
At Mac Tools University (MTU) in Dublin, Ohio, you will spend 8 days learning the skills and knowledge you need to be successful on your route from our professional trainers in a comprehensive classroom setting.
STEP 4
Mentor Ride Week
For the first week of our comprehensive training program, hit the road with an active franchisee to get a closer look at life on the road with Mac Tools.
After graduating from MTU, your District Manager will work alongside you over the course of ten days offering ongoing sales and business training. They will assist in merchandising your truck and help implement promotional techniques that can increase sales at every stop.
After completing our formal training program, you’ll be ready to service
your customers and grow your business.
